LIBRARY RULES

Welcome to the Shri Gavisiddeshwar College of Education Library. To maintain a productive environment for study and research, please adhere to the following guidelines:
General Conduct

  • Mobile Phones: Keep phones on silent. Calls are not permitted inside.
  • Food and Drink: No eating or drinking is allowed in the library.
Borrowing and Returning Books
  • Library Card: A valid library card is required for borrowing books.
  • Borrowing Limit: Students may borrow up to 3 books, and faculty up to 5 books.
  • Loan Period: Books can be borrowed for 14 days and may be renewed if not reserved.
  • Returning Books: Return books by the due date to avoid fines.
Use of Library Resources
  • Reference Books: Reference materials and journals are for in-library use only.
  • Digital Resources: Access is for academic purposes. Adhere to copyright laws.
  • Computers: Use library computers for academic and research purposes only.
Reading Area Conduct
